Hi friends! The votes are in and Yoga to De-Stress was the majority favorite for this week. I'm excited to bring you this 30-minute grounding yoga class. The class will begin by bringing ourselves into the present moment by setting an intention, then we'll move into seated stretches and a main sequence including full body stretches, twists, and a little core work! The class ends with gentle stretches lying down, and then we will practice one of my favorite breathwork techniques- all to assist you in relaxing and letting go of stress.
