This workout has more cardio than usual because I have been making some small changes to my routine. I feel like it is super important to try out different workout styles and see how your body responds! We are all different, right? Lately, I’ve been integrating a little bit of cardio to get my heart rate up. I usually do this in combination with a butt workout or an ab routine!
