Friends and lovers of all things health, wellness, and spirituality. We found a connection over the beauty of everyday rituals and how we both value living in our highest potential. Our mission is to inspire and help women become the best version of themselves through the power of meditation, breathwork, journaling, and daily rituals! We know the feeling of feeling overwhelmed and burnt out. That's why we created The Collective Ritual. We realized there was POWER in community.

We realized we both had so much to owe to our consistent daily rituals, because without them life felt like it was passing us by. From that first intentional sip of our juice in the morning, to our dedicated meditation and journal practice.

We were both creating these lovely rituals every day, and that is where we saw the magic.

I discovered a path to personal empowerment and purpose by embracing mindfulness practices such as meditation, journaling, and yoga. Over the years, I've explored these self-taught methods for wellness, and recently, I took a leap to enhance my practice by completing my YTT 200-hour training in Costa Rica. It has been a transformative journey.

In 2020, I embarked on a wonderful adventure with my best friend, where we founded The Collective Ritual, a wellness company. Our mission is to share the tools and practices that have helped us become the best versions of ourselves with other women. Within The Collective Ritual, we developed the TCR method, which I passionately incorporate into every class I teach. This method combines pranayama, visualization meditation, and journaling to create a holistic and enriching experience.

Ever since I started my dedicated journal practice at the age of 15, I have witnessed subtle yet remarkable changes in my mood, body, and overall well-being. The moment I began practicing yoga in 2014, I realized I had found my life's purpose. It was a profound experience that allowed me to connect on a deeper level with my body and soul. I discovered my true self and a sense of inner harmony through self-reflection, movement, and consistency.
